  • You will be emailed the link to download All Kinds of Limbo on the morning of your reserved performance at 10am GMT

    We recommend that you download All Kinds of Limbo at least an hour before the performance

    Mobile and Tablet apps should be downloaded over a wireless network

    You will then be emailed your Access Code an hour before the performance time.

    To enter the performance you need to enter both the phone number you associated with your DICE account and your Access Code

    We recommend you join the performance at least 5 minutes before your reserved performance time

    Access the performance by selecting the Join Scheduled Performance in the All Kinds of Limbo app

  • You will be emailed the link to download All Kinds of Limbo on the morning of your reserved performance at 10am GMT

  • Your code will be emailed to you an hour before your scheduled performance

    You can also find your code in the DICE app: select the Tickets option; select the All Kind of Limbo performance; select Watch on another device; this will show you your 5 digit Access Code

  • No. You access All Kinds of Limbo via one of the All Kinds of Limbo apps. A link to download All Kinds of Limbo will be emailed to you on the morning of your reserved performance at 10am GMT. Your Access Code will be emailed to you an hour before your scheduled performance time.

  • Unfortunately not: it is not currently possible to fast forward or rewind this type of content.

  • Yes. For example, if you have a phone and a laptop you can download both the AR app for your phone and computer version for your laptop. You will only be able to enter a live performance on one app at a time. If you wanted to experience a live performance in both AR and on your laptop you would need to purchase 2 separate tickets.

  • You will still be able to watch the individual audience version by selecting the Preview Performance option. To take part in a communal performance you will need to buy a new ticket at allkindsoflimbo.com
